1. In a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat, sauté green pepper, onion, and garlic in avocado oil until softened (about 5 minutes). Stir in green chilis, tomatoes, cumin, allulose, paprika, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes, letting the flavors meld. 2. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Return to the skillet. 3. Create 4-5 indentations in the sauce. Crack an egg into each. Cook over medium-low heat until egg whites are set (10-15 minutes). 4.
