Gluten-Free Funfetti Donuts

In a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar until combined. Then, in a small bowl beat the eggs and vanilla extract. Add the egg mixture, greek yogurt, and melted butter to the flour mixture, mix well. Add water to the batter then add the sprinkles, mix (don't over stir). Grease donuts pan well with coconut oil (the batter should be making 12 donuts). Bake the donuts for 15 minutes. Let them cool down then top them with the frosting and sprinkles. For the frosting: In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 cup water, or more as needed for consistency. Enjoy!
