Golden/ Fluffy Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients: ✓1 ¾ cups plus one teaspoon white whole wheat flour ✓One teaspoon baking powder ✓½ teaspoon baking soda ✓½ teaspoon fine sea salt ✓¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) ✓⅓ cup melted coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil ✓100% real maple syrup ✓Two eggs, preferably at room temperature ✓1 cup plain Greek yogurt ✓One teaspoons vanilla extract ✓One teaspoon almond extract ✓1 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen Steps: ✓Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease all cups on your muffin tin with cooking spray. ✓In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix all ingredients with a whisk. ✓In a medium mixing bowl, combine all wet ingredients, whisk and mix well. ✓Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a wooden spoon until combined. ✓Toss the blueberries with one teaspoon of flour to prevent the blueberries from going to the bottom).
